each crown is hand cut from metal (copper, aluminum, etc) and hand shaped, sanded and sculpted. all gems are adhered with several different permanent adhesives. these crowns are made to sit on top of the dolls head (Neo Blythe sized doll) please do not bend out of the shape they are in, the gems are intact with the shape that the crown is currently in!
